Qualicum Beach Seniors Support the Elementary School

The YouTube video below is of the presentation made at the Qualicum Breach Seniors Activity Centre on the concept of making Qualicum Beach Elementary School a community school to save it from being closed. The concept is basically to have the school open to the community to improve the quality of education by exposing students to the community and the community to students while at the same time sharing the costs of running the school with the community.
